The main Cloud AI Toolkit projects are study companions for Azure, OpenShift, and AWS. They are designed to work for first-time learners, certification candidates, and experienced professionals looking for a quick, grounded explanation.

Start with a study companion

Choose the platform you want to learn from the home page. Each companion is connected to its own documentation source and opens in a separate application with its own session.

Learn mode

Use Learn mode when you want an explanation, walkthrough, comparison, or practical example. Ask a specific question, mention your experience level, and include the goal you are trying to accomplish. Follow-up questions work well: ask the companion to simplify, expand, show an example, or explain a term in a different way.

Quiz mode

Switch to Quiz mode when you want to test your understanding. The companion presents one question at a time, waits for your answer, and gives feedback before continuing. Use it for quick review, structured practice, or certification preparation. If a question is too easy or difficult, ask for a different difficulty or topic.

Switching between modes

Learn mode and Quiz mode serve different purposes, so switch based on what you need in the moment. Learn a concept first, move to Quiz mode to check your recall, then return to Learn mode to investigate any answer that was unclear. The exact controls may differ slightly between companions, but the mode selector is available in the main conversation interface.

Session summaries

When a companion provides a session summary option, use it at the end of a study session to capture the topics covered, questions asked, and areas to revisit. Download or save the summary when it is offered so you can use it as a personal review sheet.

Getting better answers

  • State whether you are learning, troubleshooting, preparing for an exam, or comparing options.
  • Include the cloud platform, service, version, or documentation area when it matters.
  • Ask one focused question at a time, then use follow-ups to go deeper.
  • Ask for sources, assumptions, examples, or a simpler explanation when needed.
  • Verify important details against the linked official documentation before acting on them.
